Made-to-Order Items

Because every item is custom-printed for you upon order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or color preference.

Defects & Errors

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Kingphantomb@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or full refund.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accommodated within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
